With more than ten years of experience as an Area Consumer Engagement Manager at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, one of the leading tobacco companies in Indonesia, I have successfully managed and executed various consumer engagement activities aligned with the brand and sales plan, to grow the company's volume, share, and profitability. My core competencies include marketing BTL and ATL, retail management, social networking, team development, and vendor and client relations. I have a master's degree in marketing from Monash University and a master's degree in business from The Australian National University. My mission is to engage directly with adult smokers and win their preferences in the market, by delivering innovative and impactful consumer experiences. I am passionate about learning new trends and best practices in the marketing field, and applying them to my work. I am also committed to developing my team to be future leaders in the company.
