I have a broad skillset across the technical and business domains, and work well with stakeholders in both camps to identify high value analytics use cases, unpack complex processes, and design scalable and sustainable solutions. I have experience working in a data & analytics leadership team to value and prioritise work, manage project backlog, and implement strategies to improve outcomes and performance using agile methodologies. I am passionate about uplifting analytics capability and fostering curiosity in aspiring analysts, and am constantly developing learning content, mentorships and community engagement programs. I believe the best solution is not always the flashiest one, and that analytics at its core is just solving problems.
