With over 20 years in strategic sales, including more than 18 years at Apple Canada, I’ve built a career at the intersection of technology, education, and relationship-driven growth. As a Sales Account Executive in Apple’s K–12 division, I manage a national territory with over 300 schools and Indigenous education accounts. I focus on helping institutions unlock the full value of Apple’s ecosystem through tailored solutions that integrate hardware, software, professional development, and support services. Whether reactivating dormant accounts, managing multimillion-dollar pipelines, or optimizing pricing strategies, I approach every opportunity with creativity, precision, and purpose. I take pride in going above and beyond the sales representative role; I’m a trusted advisor, a cross-functional collaborator, and a problem-solver who listens closely and acts decisively. My success is grounded in aligning business needs with meaningful outcomes, driven by data, supported by strong relationships, and always centred on enhancing the user experience. I’ve driven double-digit revenue growth within Apple’s Indigenous Education Initiative, overseen Canada’s national K–12 price list to significantly improve attach rates and reduce returns, and consistently exceeded annual sales quotas. I’ve also played a role in CRM platform transitions, user acceptance testing, and mentored new account executives providing guidance and product training to enhance their success in the role. Outside of work, I’m actively involved with Tennis Canada and continuously seek out opportunities to grow, contribute, and lead with purpose.
