Based in New York, I am the CEO of Global Solutions overseeing the firm’s integrated Risk Capital and Human Capital capabilities across Reinsurance, Commercial Risk, Health, Wealth and Talent solution lines, including Strategic Advisory & Consulting, and Risk Analytics. My focus is on leading the development and investment in advanced analytics, leveraging industry-leading expertise to effectively identify, quantify, and mitigate risks. By unlocking access to risk capital, Aon empowers organizations to achieve sustainable growth and enhance resilience, ensuring they are well-equipped to respond to challenges and capitalize on future opportunities. As a member of the Aon Executive Committee, I advocate for innovative client engagement strategies while leading a talented, international, and multi-disciplinary team. I prioritize the rapid delivery of cutting-edge solutions through Aon’s Actionable Analytics, integrating third-party and proprietary data to empower clients to make informed, strategic decisions. Our market-leading solutions address evolving client needs and adapt to the rapidly shifting dynamics across trade, technology, weather, and workforce. Since June 2018, I have also served as CEO of Reinsurance Solutions, where I manage the global business. I successfully launched Aon's Strategy and Technology Group, a specialized advisory and consulting practice that assists Property & Casualty Providers, Life Insurers, Healthcare & Benefits Specialists, and Reinsurers in achieving their sustainable growth objectives and overcoming their most pressing challenges. Before joining Aon in August 2015, I served as the CEO of Guy Carpenter’s U.S. Operations and headed its Global Facultative business. I was also a member of the Guy Carpenter Board of Managers and the International Leadership Team.
