My current position, Client Services Manager, managing the delivery of services to KCOMs strategic and partnership accounts across Hull and East Yorkshire. These include many different public sector accounts and NHS. Key achievements in my career • ITIL Foundation compliance – V3 • Strengthened relationships with Customers during difficult times to secure further business. During a contentious period I was able to demonstrate value of Service Management, to secure a difficult contract renewal • Implemented and developed new processes and procedures across various areas of the business such as Change Management, Incident Management and best practice business processes • Continuously developing Customer accounts through Continuous Service Improvement • Engaged in high profile projects with key business stakeholders for the launch of a flagship products • Interim management of the desk based Business Service team • Key stakeholder for internal reviews and CSIP
