About Andy Maunder

I have significant experience in building companies. With more than 30 years in both funding and managing emerging and growth companies, I have assisted companies from start-up fund raising, through later stage growth, and eventually through Initial Public Offering and M&A transactions and have managed 3 IPOs, one as CEO and two as CFO. I have built a reputation for strong leadership and strength in operational and financial management and am effective at all levels including board, executive, management and advisory levels. I have served as a board member for companies in the United Kingdom and the United States. I have been a CEO and CFO of start-up and emerging growth companies and am now in a position where I am able to offer in-depth advice and assistance in areas such as corporate development, funding and M&A. In 2008, I started Philly Tour Hub in Philadelphia providing private driving, walking and other custom tours in and around the area. The company has grown significantly and continues to do so and has a leading position on Trip Advisor. In 2017, with 3 other partners, I started North America Tour Hub, to build tour operations in other cities around North America - we currently have 7 other locations, to include Boston, Miami, New Orleans, Baltimore, Las Vegas, Denver and Chicago.
