About Andy Mayo-Smith

Could your company or client do with a performance boost? Whether the goal is to grow market share, increase revenue, reduce costs or free up valuable time to pursue passions, I can help. I challenge the unchallenged, without fear of resistance or criticism. In a world of technological advancements and globalization, todays businesses must push relentlessly to gain a competitive edge. Change and innovation is therefore essential to achieving peak performance. I’ve worn many hats in my career - accountant, analyst, BI specialist, manager, and consultant. I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges. In a 6 month period I led a project which created 22 cost saving initiatives and delivered $7m savings per annum. I’ve also coordinated innovation programmes, implemented software, assisted with ERP migrations, re-engineered business processes, and assisted corporate sales teams in surpassing their revenue targets. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to 40 countries. Whether it’s meeting an array of interesting people, learning a local dialect or riding a board down an active volcano, I love pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. Also, seeing the way other communities function has widened my perspective both personally and professionally. I’m passionate about adding value, so please reach out if you want to discuss how I could boost your company or client’s performance.
