Jan-Feb 2021: ISU Alumnus - graduated from online, full-time SHSSP21, an interdisciplinary program run by the ISU and University of Southern Australia (UniSA). Previous: Began in the Space Industry with VEGA in 1988 as a Spacecraft Operations & Systems Engineer. After almost 14 years overseas in the USA, France & Italy, returned to the UK in 2005 to VEGA's HQ to join the Space Sales team as Business Development Manager. In 2008 I took over management of operations in Holland, and in 2009 took on increased responsibility for operations in Spain. March 2010 - July 2014: Joined Serco Nederland B.V. in Noordwijk, NL as Contract Development Manager, initially supporting management & recruitment activities for 6 frame contracts at ESTEC, gaining experience with sourcing and management of secretarial and administrative personnel as well as engineers, technicians and scientists. In 2011 moved to overall Contract Development and Recruitment for all frame contracts at ESTEC. Played a key role in planning our strategy for writing and winning the re-bid of new Frame Agreement for most ESTEC work, which began in February 2012. Also tasked with finding and developing new business opportunities primarily in the Netherlands market. Sept 2014 - May 2015: BusDev Exec for Aurora/LSE's key strategic proposal & bid work in the Netherlands, Spain & Germany. July 2015-Dec 2020: Account Director Space & Science, S[ & ]T Corporation, Delft, NL.
