Throughout my career, I have gained a broad range of skills and expertise; such as identifying opportunities to increase the success rate of an employee’s return to work plan and future employment options outside of defence, creating and implementing policies and procedures to increase office efficiency and managing complex workplace conflict resolution. I am detail-oriented and proactive in my approach to the delivery of service excellence within a community or public service environment. My strong verbal and written communication skills, along with my ability to impart complex information clearly and directly, allow me to build effective, professional relationships. I have frequently handled complex analytical and administrative problems by developing and implementing practical and innovative solutions. I am a highly effective leader and have managed and lead teams ranging from two staff through to 150+ staff, as well as aiding in the creation and delivery of training programs to groups of up to 24 attendees at a time. I am people-first focused, passionate about their wellbeing, and determined to contribute to organisational success. I’m incredibly motivated to take on new career challenges and am looking forward to bring my leadership, passion and experience to a customer/client-centric company.
