With over seven years of experience in IT consulting, project engineering, and system integration, I am passionate about delivering innovative and effective solutions for clients across various industries and sectors. As a System Integrator at Convergence Networks, I collaborate with the Solutions Architect team to pilot and implement new technologies, maintain high standards of quality and efficiency, and communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders. I have extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure and 365 products, especially in security and compliance with Microsoft 365 Defender. I have led and contributed to multiple projects addressing cybersecurity and IT compliance standards, such as NIST/CMMC and ISO, resulting in enhanced security and successful compliance ratings for clients. I also have a strong background in technical document writing, graphical design work, and automation. In addition, I am the founder and owner of a sustainable and environmentally friendly dog treat business, which reflects my curiosity, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
