I’m a consultant and insurance professional with over 15 years experience of underwriting, broking and senior management. INCREASING THE BOTTOM LINE Quite simply I help my clients get the most from their investment in systems through advice and/or practical hands on help- • Improved efficiency • Improved customer service • Satisfied staff THINKING OUT OF THE BOX At the beginning of 2015 I formed my own consulting business to work with insurance brokers, MGA’s, insurers and industry bodies. EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED My latest roles have been- • Managing Director of Brett & Randall, a large regional insurance broker where I directly managed a large and successful sales team. • Chief Executive Officer of “BIG”, the e-traded wholesale division of the commercial broker network Brokerbility where I built a business and a team from the ground up, adding 27 new products and annual premiums of £20M. I'm a qualified NLP Business Practitioner and completed the Dip CII qualification in April 2015. ENJOYMENT AT WORK My working style is relaxed but professional. I am reliable, trustworthy and persistent, so I love a challenge. I’m prepared to go above and beyond in the search for the best solution for my clients. I enjoy volunteering and have served terms as- • Mini and junior rugby union coach • Rugby union referee (current) • Chairman of TEAMONe, the broker users group of Applied Systems software • President of the Insurance Institute of Leicester during its 2014/15 centenary year PRIDE Most of all I take pride in my work.
