Five-star customer service has always been my #1 commitment! Armed with a Bachelors Degree from the University of Akron, I began my career in this industry as a Real Estate Title Examiner in 1991. After learning the real estate title industry from the ground up, I spent the next 6 years as an Escrow Officer coordinating the closing of real estate transactions. My background working with home buyers led me to the mortgage industry in 1997 when I began working as a Junior Loan Officer. I quickly found out that I had a knack for structuring loans to fit each customer’s unique needs. My goal for every customer is to listen first and advise only after I understand my customer’s unique and individual mortgage loan needs. To find a loan that truly fits a customer requires the ability to understand their needs…and what better way to do this than to listen first. Now, with over 29 years of experience in the real estate title and mortgage industry, having handled over transactions, I greet every customer with my commitment to an enjoyable mortgage experience.
