And municipalities with their ICT plans and strategies- Metrology and Lab experience - Vast experience gained in the fields of Electrical, Dimensional, RF, Humidity and Time and Frequency metrology. Assisted municipalities with IDP documents and Disaster Management strategies. TELKOM: 1.1. Established Bid Office thereby making sure that all tender responses receive a coordinated effort. Negotiated and Managed partnerships for the following projects- Mpumalanga Legislature, Communications and staffing project - CCTV projects: City of JHB and CapeTown SABS: 1.1. First active Black Metrologist and part of the team that established the Humidity laboratory and won MIG awards at SABS. Established the consumer protection forums in conjunction with the departments of Economic Affairs at different provinces: 1.3. Participated as a Member of the following Technical Committees representing South Africa in the International Electro-technical Commission (IEC)-TC71-Information Technology-TC73-Electromagnetic Compatibility-TC74-Communications Technology, 1.4. Was Executive committee member of ESILC (Electrical Safety Inspectorate Liaison Committee), a body made of Industry, Trade Associations and Government. In 1992, I wrote a paper on the history of Time, which was published in the SABS Journal and the Dept of Science and Technology journal.
