Andy has got more than 10 years and another 10 years of crack-the-next-big-idea-obsession to offer. He's been with International and Independent agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, 180 China, McCann Erickson, Bates 141 Worldwide, Batey Ads and TMP Worldwide, working on accounts such as P&G, Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Nestle, JD.com on regional and local basis across multiple channels. Being 'creatively bilingual' in English and Chinese means there is no lost in translation from understanding of the market and its needs to actual executions and productions. He has lead creative teams of Group heads, Art Directors, Copywriters and Digital Designers and knows when to nurture and when to tighten things up. He thinks its a little like raising his own kids. Creative concept and story-telling is 'King' regardless of traditional and digital mediums. He believes in getting the story right and compelling first. Most of his experience is in ATL/BTL and Integrated but his stint with180 China has provided an excellent platform to soak up on Digital and Social. Naturally bubbly and contagiously energetic. He connects easily within and beyond the agency makes it easier in cultivating a positive work culture and building client-agency relationships.
