Andy is an experienced lean and continuous improvement consultant with a strong operations and project management background across a wide range of industries. Andrew’s comprehensive lean expertise was developed in the automotive industry where he enjoyed a successful 13-year career with the Toyota Motor Corporation before embarking on a consultancy career in 2011. Over the past 8-years, Andrew has held several consultancy roles where he has gained broad experience in the development and implementation of lean management systems across a variety of industries. These roles have enabled Andrew to develop the ability to successfully transfer his knowledge into different industries and environments through the implementation of customised solutions supported by structured training and change management practices. Having facilitated a series of business-wide lean transformation programs, Andrew has well-developed organisational and systems development capability including cultural change aspects. Andrew also has extensive experience in business intelligence enabling him to facilitate the analysis of underperforming operations and projects to identify opportunities for improvement through structured problem-solving methods to identify appropriate and effective solutions. Through his strong belief and commitment to the philosophies of lean, Andrew is able to engage passionately and effectively with his clients and key stakeholders.
