About Andy Parsons

A strong leader and high performing individual, with excellent communication skills, I have a wide range of management and portfolio / programme / project delivery experience, across a range of industries. During my career, in delivery and people management roles, I have worked effectively with all levels of organisations, across technology and business functions, building strong, trusted relationships. With 20 years’ experience, I am practised in PM techniques and well versed in the challenges of project and portfolio delivery and governance, with a track record of successful delivery. I am familiar with methodologies such as Prince2, DSDM, MSP, APM and MoP and have a passion for improving delivery capability. A natural people manager as well as team player, with strong influencing ability and inter-personal skills, I am able to coach, mentor and lead my teams to success. These strengths, alongside my motivated and task focused approach, give me an aptitude for making things happen and consistently delivering results.
