This replaced the manually intensive paper cheque clearing systems with an industry wide Image solution that reduced cheque clearing from 5 days down to 2 days. • Created and led a team over 12 months that planned, designed and delivered an Image Archive and associated applications that replaced a 3rd Party product and reduced license costs by over £1 million • Negotiated and integrated a successful Offshore Development team of 28 developers and 12 designers that reduced the resource day rate by 50% whilst building the new Image Archive • Designed DevOps architecture and roadmap that delivered improvements across the development and deployment disciplines. A standard build process that created an automated installation process.
