My background spans higher education, corporate training, and workforce development, including roles as a Chief Learning Officer, program director, and co‑founder.I specialize in curriculum architecture, digital learning innovation, and enterprise training, blending creative design with operational clarity. I’m passionate about developing future leaders and partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver learning experiences that are human‑centered, tech‑forward, and aligned to business goals.As a NuPaths co-founder and Chief Learning Officer I designed a college alternative curriculum for IT training based on industry-recognized IT certifications and put the curriculum design, partnership, marketing, recruitment and operational components in place for NuPaths' growth.While the Sr. Director of Custom Curriculum Solutions at Elsevier I improved the team's ability to manage scope change and other project management challenges by creating a tiered system for reporting and resolving issues. I also led the department through a plan to develop vision and mission statements. The process created a clearer sense of purpose that not only benefited the team but also other departments and clients. During my time as the Director of Learning Technologies at Harrisburg University I incorporated innovative delivery methods like game-based learning and simulations, coordinated outreach and marketing for a graduate program, supported workforce development projects, and developed a strong network of strategic partners, faculty, and contractors.As the co-author of Alternate Reality Games: Gamification for Performance I provided concepts and examples about how to incorporate immersive learning and extended reality (XR) into workplace training, conferences, and higher ed.I thrive in environments where strategy, creativity, and technology intersect; partnering with cross‑functional leaders to align learning with business goals, strengthen organizational capability, and deliver measurable impact.
