I have close connections with the merchandising and buying departments to director level where I provide analytical data and customer metrics to influence range building to help grow sales and opportunities that can be used across channels. I have been managing teams including trading, content imagery and digital marketing and have been responsible for analyzing customer journey and providing a better customer experience based on results and trading in season to increase market share and sales. I have been responsible for delivering the vision of the core business buying and merchandising teams and the director to bring this alive online. I am also ultimately responsible for setting a clear strategy both long and short term on promotional activity and any additional opportunities to drive sales. I have over 20 years of management experience and have a strong retail background from shops, allocation, merchandising and now online.
