Analyzed minor and major problem of mechanical and electrical during Overhaul and solved it. Provide and apply schedule using MPP, interact with client during overhaul. Capable doing : 1. Electrical test of generator and motor such as : a. IR & PI winding. b. DC Resistance winding. c. RSO d. ELCID using IRIS equipment. e. Wedges tightness check using manual and IRIS equipment. f. Tan Delta using Megger Delta equipment. g. PD Offline and Online i. DC Ramp test using Megger MIT equipment. j. DC Hipot Test using Hipotronix equipment. Mechanical check such as : a. Laser alignment using Prufttecknik and Fixture Laser equipment. b. Bearing clearance check. c. Hydrotest water cooler.
