About Andy Provo

Packaging Engineering Manager with over 25 years of experience in the corrugated industry, blending deep technical expertise with a strong track record in leadership, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration. Currently leading a high-performing team at nVent, I specialize in designing innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging solutions that align with business goals and customer needs. My career spans roles in engineering, sales, quality management, and plant operations, including a decade at Pratt Industries where I developed and implemented ISO-certified quality systems and led major cost-reduction initiatives. I’ve also driven significant account growth at International Paper, even during challenging times like the 2020 pandemic. Skilled in ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks, SAP, CAPE/TOPS, and the full Microsoft Office Suite, I bring a hands-on approach to packaging design, testing, and performance optimization. I’m passionate about mentoring, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Outside of work, I serve as the Captain with the Anoka Police Department and work part-time in armed security—roles that reflect my commitment to community service and public safety. Let’s connect if you’re interested in packaging innovation, operational excellence, or leadership in manufacturing environments.
