About Andy Pushalik

I’m a Partner and I lead the Employment and Labour group at Dentons Canada, both nationally and in the Toronto office. I have a broad labour and employment practice, serving as the “go to” outside labour and employment counsel to a wide variety of companies, charities and public sector organizations. I advise clients on sensitive human resources matters, including workplace restructurings, discrimination and harassment complaints and workplace investigations. I also regularly represent employers in all aspects of labour and employment litigation, including wrongful dismissal matters, grievance arbitrations and restrictive covenant disputes. I have appeared as lead employer’s counsel before all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada and a number of administrative tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Canada Industrial Relations Board.
