I have always been compelled to help. I am also analytical and prefer working with data. I was never able to find a path to satisfy both needs working in church or school, and was starting to get lost. I fell into ABA on the recommendation of a friend. When I did, I found a world where I can be myself—strengths, weaknesses, and all—and help my learners do the same. Now that I’m here, I am going to make it last, so I am pursuing my degree and certification to be a BCBA. I am excited for all of the applications ABA offers so many people.
