High Altitude Recruiting isn't your normal recruiting agency. We believe the recruiting industry is broken. Fees are too high, ghosting is too prevelant and resume spamming is out of control. That isn't High Altitude Recruiting! We partner. We become an extenstion of your HR team. I started my recruiting career out of college. Working for Advanced Medical recruiting travel PTs across the country. It was grind, 100 calls a day or 10 hours of phone time a week. I was then recruited to Davita Healthcare Partners where I worked as a HR Generalist working multiple verticles in HR and landing back in recruiting where I managed the East Coast region from Maine to Baltimore. Managing and recruiting over 50 open req's. I then got recruited to work as an entry level Executive Recruiter and over 10-years ran operations for Integrated People Solutions. In 2024 I decided to take a leap and started High Altitude Recruiting to disrupt the recruiting industry by offering low fixed fees, high quality time concisous candidate sourcing and one-year guarentees. When I'm not running mulitple businesses you'll find me ubering my Son to hockey practice, supporting Arsenal FC, Colorado Avalanche and the Denver Broncos.
