About Andy Roberts

Having worked in a number of large industries, the skills and experience I have acquired mean I have a lot to offer any company as over the years I have developed a wealth of experience in varying maintenance roles and most recently leadership and management positions. Most of the key skills I have developed are transferable to any maintenance or maintenance leader role. My experiences have provided me the skills needed to work well leading and managing a team or working on my own initiative. I am able to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the business, both on the shop floor and with management as well as with customers and suppliers. My ability to handle difficult situations, organise work, plan maintenance schedules, manage personnel, meet targets and be calm under pressure means I’m a highly advantageous candidate. I have a very keen eye for quality, take a great deal of pride in my work and have a desire to be the best I can be.
