I build a culture of reflection, with regular incremental improvements that keep the process relevant and the teams engaged.I have a long and diverse technology background, architecting, designing and building solutions across a wide range of industries and platforms. I am a cloud specialist, with experience in leveraging its benefits for scaling within budgetary constraints. I can still cut code when it's needed, helping out when things get tight, but know my true value is in enabling others.
