I have been working in the IT industry for the past 22 years starting off as a 1st line Helpdesk Analyst moving through Break fix/Rollout into 2nd Line & 3rd Line Infrastructure Analyst/Wintel & Server Support. This included managing and coaching staff, and taking the team lead on several projects. I enjoy working both within a team and individually; a pro-active individual constantly seeking improvement. I also have excellent customer service skills after several years of experience working for the Civil Service before moving into IT. Throughout my IT career I have had to deal with senior management through to desktop users and have found my customer service skills have served me well. environment that can sometimes be quite challenging.
