About Andy Stevenson

Hello! I'm Andy, and my passion is to introduce, deliver, and optimise value-driven products and solutions to businesses of all sizes, and across all sectors. Specifically, I have spent the past 8 years focusing on helping businesses expand and improve their communications toolset to enable greater success in their daily operations and drive growth within their own markets. After qualifying from Trinity College, Dublin in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering, I moved to Boston, Massachusetts to beging my professional career. As a Solutions Consultant at Fuze, my bread and butter was designing and delivering scalable systems in the Unified Communications industry. Over the 5 years I spent in this exciting and challenging role, I acquired a wealth of versatile experience in both pre- and post-sales environments, primarily acting as a technical lead on the project delivery side of the house. This meant working with key stakeholders across the customer organisation, from end users all the way up to c-suite executives. I listened to their pain points, designed and demoed solutions to assist their business, configured and implemented software and hardware systems. Through strong internal collaboration with Sales, Project, Product and Support teams, we were able to consistently meet and exceed project deadlines and customer expectations. In 2018, my partner and I decided to take a year out from our corporate lives, to backpack across South East Asia and South America. Rejuvenated and refocused, we returned to Ireland ready to take on new challenges.Since 2019, I've been working as Senior Product Manager for Mobile at Irish staple telecoms provider, eir evo. I ship impactful products in areas such as Mobile Broadband, 5G, IoT, Bulk SMS, and many more! Based on market research, customer feedback, qualitative and quantitative data, we continually evolve our product offerings. I work closely with our Sales, IT, Network and Engineering teams. One of the most important aspects of my role is clear and concise communication, and I pride myself on my ability to ensure that all times are aligned and working toward a shared vision for our products.
