As a recent graduate of Information Technology Infrastructure and Services at Sheridan College, I have enhanced my abilities and skills used in IT hardware and software. I'm very passionate about using and being around technology. At the same time, also enjoy helping people whether it comes to food as an assistant manager at a restaurant or in technology as an audio/visual technician. Growing up, I was always intrigued by technology and enjoyed putting things together. As I grew up heading into my early 20's, I built my first gaming computer and from that point onwards, I found myself immersed in the world of technology and IT. This prompted me to seek a career in IT Support that allowed me to support both people and the infrastructure behind it all. My technical and customer service skill sets paired with my education makes me a great candidate who brings compassion and dedication to your team. I am currently seeking opportunities and would be interested in connecting with you. My skills include: • Excellent teamwork and communication skills that helped achieve higher sales volume within the restaurant industry • Strong knowledge of audio/visual equipment installation and maintenance procedures • Over 5 years of strong customer service skills and retaining customer satisfaction • Expert level knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project) • 3 years of using the ServiceNow digital workflow platform with resolving, creating, or escalating incident tickets.
