As a transformative coach, I currently specialize in helping married male business owners get out of their own way and reach the next level of their career, relationships, or life goals. I deliver powerful group and private coaching sessions that combine mindset, mindulness, and movement (I am a certified yoga teacher). My coaching has helped hundreds of men to save their marriages, find their purpose later in life, and effectively balance their work and family responsibilities. I’m an experienced public speaker, presenter, and group facilitator. I’ve designed and delivered workshops at international conferences, and helped thousands of business owners to build better business relationships.** In the past, I have helped people and organizations to find their powerful and authentic voice, and to communicate with the world in a way that opens hearts and minds (and sometimes wallets). As a strategic copywriter, I have over a decade of experience in helping the leaders of mission-driven organizations to tell powerful stories that engage audiences, manage issues, and grow their brand. I have specialized in writing and managing large fundraising appeals, major donor reports, speeches, and multi-institutional grant applications. Collectively, I have played a key role in raising over $100 million for research and scholarships at two of Canada's largest universities. In the private sector, I have helped company founders and business owners to secure early-stage funding by writing and designing powerful, storydriven pitch presentations and speeches. I am a slide design ninja and I have contributed to major corporate rebranding projects. I have helped educational companies to build and monetize online courses from scratch. I have also specialized in communicating complex ideas - like a medical or environmental issue - into language for general audiences, through print (magazines, op-eds) and digital media (websites, social media). I have experience in writing about marine conservation, environmental issues, and scientific/medical research.
