Busy running Aequus with my cofounder and helping startups and early stage businesses build great products via my partnership with Squads. Always up for connecting with new people and sharing ideas and startup war stories. I'm a highly motivated, independent and strategic thinking, entrepreneur with a proven track record of closing deals and adeptly sourcing, building and managing key partnerships and building products. I thrive in the startup environment with nearly entire career spent in working for or consulting for early stage start-ups including 4 of my own. Extensive background in sales/BD, client management, team management and operations. Founder in 4 startups, theDrop, a music app startup (now shuttered); BiteDown, a fishing app (yep, fishing); Congero, a short-lived startup in the market research space and now Aequus, a SaaS based bidding and mediation platform for app developers and publishers. Extensive experience in building out monetization strategy for desktop and mobile publishers, securing publisher partnerships and driving demand side relationships (DSPs, Trade Desks, SSPs etc). Understanding and experience in all manner of ad tech from ad servers to ad networks, inventory optimization.
