As a global leader in pricing, market access, and commercial strategy, I am dedicated to shaping innovative, value-driven approaches that optimize patient access while ensuring long-term business sustainability. With extensive experience across oncology, hematology, neuroscience, female healthcare, cardiovascular, immunology, and more, I have led teams ranging from high-performing specialty units to organizations of over 500 members—driving change across global, international, U.S. and Canadian markets. My expertise lies in integrating pricing, access, and commercial strategies to maximize asset value within complex healthcare landscapes. I have successfully launched innovative pricing models (IPMs), led cross-functional teams in value demonstration and championed equitable access and pricing approaches in low- and middle-income countries. I have also successfully launched numerous products, in multiple therapeutic areas, during my time as VP, Oncology Business Franchise Head and VP, Head of Marketing, U.S. Oncology.
