About Andy Wang

I am working for Quality Assurance team over 20 years. In the first 8 years, I worked in Quality qualification engineer of EE, the major job is Functionality/Reliability/Signal qualification in Product system(Notebook product) and Component, to verify the product design quality is good for shipping and marketing. In the nearly years, I am EE-QA team manager and lead around 20 engineers for EE quality management. Our team made a good quality over 30 projects and let those products shipped to the market. I am also the QA project manager and account manager, and took on over 10 projects in the past 9 years. During design stage, I have to make the qualification plan, and lead a QA team to finish the quality management. And also, QA-PM need to handle the product design qualification schedule to meet customer requirement, and keep communication with customer for issue discussion, design specification change, special requirement.etc, then let product to be shipped on time. After shipping, I also watched the Field issue of end user claim, try to find out the solution and convince customer/end user. After fix the issue, then make the corrective/prevent action to improve the future quality of new project. Base on the above skills and experiences, I think my next stage of career can be the below roles- QA product/project quality manager- Product/project manager - Account manager - FAE/Customer service
