About Andy Watkins

Business Development Manager with extensive experience in Retail, F&B, and operational environments. As part of the Onboard Sales team at DFDS, Northern Europe’s largest integrated shipping and logistics company, my focus is on delivering process and operational change to support our aim of providing a best in class passenger experience. Project and change managements skills are complimented by an ability to form strong relationships at all levels of the business and have been fundamental in the successful delivery of projects ranging from vessel refits to operational process re-engineering. I have been fortunate within the framework of these projects to work with colleagues from across the DFDS network in Europe and from departments as diverse as IT, Marketing, and our Technical Organisation. DFDS is an exciting environment in which to hold this role as our commitment to continuous improvement and leveraging the benefits of our scale have built an organisation committed to change continual development.
