About Andy Weigel

Andy Weigel is a principal owner of Realty Trust Group - a family owned commercial real estate investment company in 12 states nationwide. Andy has been involved in commercial real estate brokering, investment, development, and management his entire career. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Andy began in leasing and sales at the George Elkins Company in Palm Desert and by the age of 24 was General Partner in the largest full service real estate company in the Coachella Valley with 70 sales associates in commercial, residential, and property management services. From an early age he began investing in investment properties – single tenant grocery anchored retail, hospitality, and land. After earning his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Management (CPM) designations, Andy served the Southern California Chapter of the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM) as the chapter President. A year studying in Heidelberg Germany, together with extensive cross cultural engagement has led Andy to over 50 countries, with primary interest in the greater Middle East. Andy has serves on the Board of Director for a partnership that mobilizes resources into some of the most challenging parts of the world. Assignments have included advocating for the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics (OCCA) in Oxford England, the Lausanne Global Resource Mobilization Task Force, the Pakistan Partnership Initiative, and Mission Increase Inland Valleys. Andy lives in Laguna Beach CA with his wife Sandy of 33 years.
