With over 30 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry, I am a seasoned engineering leader who can deliver complex, high-value projects on time and within budget. As the former VP Engineering and Projects at Seadrill, I was part of the senior management team reporting to the COO and overseeing the engineering delivery of modifications and upgrades for the owned and managed vessel fleet, including new build delivery responsibility. My core competencies include operational responsibility, technical oversight, capital equipment management, technical support, and high-performing team leadership and development. I have a proven track record of ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of engineering projects while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. I am passionate about new technologies for energy efficiency, emissions reduction, carbon capture, and automation, including robotics. I have extensive global business perspective, having worked in more than 12 countries and played a key role in the acquisition and integration of an inspection company based in SE Asia. My mission is to leverage my engineering expertise and strategic vision to create value for the organization and the stakeholders.
