About Andy Woods

I am an experienced leader who cares a great deal about the people that work for me, and the people I work for. I thrive in fast paced, challenging environments that require complex problem solving while leading/partnering/teaming with multiple cross functional stakeholders. I'm at my best leading other leaders, helping them to grow, while they take great care of internal and external customers. I'm rarely (if ever) the smartest person in the room, but I'm a grinder who loves to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I'm a fast learner who has found ways to use all available resources (teammates, vendors, contractors, documents, web, youtube) to gain SME knowledge of new processes, tools, tech, and operations. As I get older (with my family) I try to be more intentional on a strong work/life harmony to be a better husband and dad. This is more of a dance, with different seasons in workload/family time/etc. I'm still not always great at it, but I like to think I'm getting better. I believe I bring value to whomever I work for, and I've helped most teams I've ever been on be better when I left than when I arrived.
