I'm adept at managing stakeholder engagement, audit system transformation, and product success metrics across global compliance environments. At KPMG, I served as Product Owner for a $12M audit workflow platform supporting over 700 global users. I led backlog development, sprint planning, and cross-regional delivery coordination, helping to deliver several hundred thousand hours of efficiency gains. My role demanded continuous stakeholder engagement, innovation, and alignment with legal, compliance, and audit stakeholders—challenges I thrived in and would welcome again. In more recent roles at Genmab and Quest Diagnostics, I directed digital product strategy and analysis across multiple SaaS and compliance-focused platforms. I established Centers of Excellence that improved business analysis maturity and delivery consistency, and I worked closely with global teams to define KPIs, support user-centric design, and ensure regulatory alignment.
