About Andy Wu

I have more than 20 years working experience for IT vendors and system integrator in senior IT service management roles with regional responsibility from Greater China to North Asia including South Korea and Japan. Throughout my career in service business management, I have proven ability to develop and manage major service functions including service sales, IT consulting, outsourcing and managed services, service operations and delivery, technical support, help desk and call centre, customer education. In addition to service business and organisation management, I have knowledge and experience in best practice including IT service management on service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation and continual service management; project management, and process improvement mothodologies with Six Sigma. My competencies also include leadership and people management with effective leadership skills in managing multi-location operations, set goal and objectives, staff development leading to highly motivated service teams.
