WHAT I DO: I’m a seasoned operations analyst who delivers data-driven reports to C-level executives to guide decision-making that minimizes risk and meets business requirements. I’m a skilled manager who applies Six Sigma principles to lead off-shore teams and complete projects that drive compliance and efficiency. HOW I DO IT: I’ve worked in many industries as a financial analyst, derivatives associate, and project manager. I’m experienced with an array of accounting and cloud-based software, CRM tools, and industry-specific platforms (i.e, Bloomberg Terminal), which I apply to streamline existing processes and devise new protocols that ease workloads and improve productivity. WHY IT MATTERS: I’m intent on doing things right the first time. If I lack the expertise to move a project forward, I find a way to learn all I can to get the job done. Projects that are done well save time and money. WHO I WORK WITH: I collaborate with IT, project coordinators, and sales teams to improve documentation and customer processes. I manage off-shore teams and vendors, train technical business units, and confer with legal counsel on project proceedings. I also participate in market practice groups to explore industry best practices. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: I have a creative mix of expertise in finance, accounting, client services, project and team management, and IT, but I never stop learning. I’m currently pursuing my PMP and CFA, which I hope to complete in 2018. I’m an equally effective individual contributor and team member and prepared to wear any number of hats to meet a goal.
