About Andyza Bramantoko

As a Mechanical Sr Supervisor at Pertamina EP Region 2 Zone 6 - North Production, located in Java Sea, Indonesia, I am responsible to monitor and supervise subordinates to maintain and troubleshoot critical mechanical equipments which can shut down the offshore platform. All of the mechanical equipments can be summarized as availability & reliability data sheet and graphics. One of critical mechanical equipment is an air compressor (rotary screw type and reciprocating type). The other critical mechanical equipment is pump (high pressure centrifugal pump 400 psi, multistage washdown pump for fire suppression, reciprocating flushing pump for cleaning blocked crude oil inside pipeline and fire pump). Besides those vital rotary equipments, I am responsible to monitor and maintain flotation unit and hydro cyclone as part of oil & water separation treatment. In addition, I maintain and ensure pedestal crane works well because it is a key item to mobilize and transfer equipments, materials, and stuff inter and intra platform I am also responsible to maintain emergency generator set (genset) to be ready if the power in the offshore platform was shut down. Last but not least, as Mechanical Sr Supervisor, I am responsible for all of those equipments and its detail parts in terms of the supply chain from selecting the vendor until installing the parts and running test the equipments. My academic background in Risk Management (MSc in University of Southampton - United Kingdom) and Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor in Institut Teknologi Bandung - Indonesia) are very supported me in developing my personal skill and knowledge in oil and gas industry. Hence I can applied the theorem from both academic background to any real cases in my company especially in offshore based. In addition, my experience in Transportation Department in Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, London, was very helpful since I participated in IMO (International Maritime Organization) assisting Capt. Sahattua P. Simatupang as Transportation Attaché of Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, London in 2013.
