My name is Ane Wolhuter. Currently, I am currently an Associate Attorney at Hatstone in Stellenbosch. I am a friendly, articulate and focused person who is used to working under pressure and managing an intense workload. I have obtained a BA Law with Majors in English and Law and which is testimony to my diligence, commitment and acceptance of hard-work. Five years of study, instead of the four years needed to obtain a straight LLB degree, has allowed me to become a well-informed and insightful person. The combination of humanity courses and the law has provided me with a fresh and dynamic insight into legal problems, which assists me in finding innovative solutions to challenges faced. The combination has also helped me hone my research and analysing abilities, as both English, Political Science and Law are research-based faculties. I know who I am and understand people and interact well with those around me. I also believe in doing things the "right way", never half-way. Working hard is the only way to get anywhere in life and I go knowingly and willingly in search of learning from those who know more than I do. My position as an Attorney has assisted me in gaining skills in litigation, commercial and company law. My experience has armed me with a comprehensive understanding of legal principles, I have honed my skills in commercial transactions, contract drafting, and corporate governance. I have a keen ability to grasp complex legal concepts and provide effective counsel to clients. With a strategic approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence, I excel in analyzing intricate legal issues and crafting practical solutions and I am committed to upholding the highest ethical standards while advocating vigorously for client's interests. I bring a dynamic blend of litigation prowess and commercial acumen to every case I undertake.
