At DigiU, I lead as an Analyst, where I’ve investigated occupancy cases across the Australian Energy market, designed and deployed Zoho CRM ecosystems, built SOP frameworks and documentation in Notion, and worked with tools such as Twilio and Engage CRM. These initiatives improved accuracy, visibility, and leadership decision-making while driving measurable gains in business process improvement and operational efficiency. Beyond my role at DigiU, I’ve developed fluency in workflow automation tools such as ClickUp, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, and Power BI. I’ve explored API integrations, SQL, and cross-platform dashboards to design compliance-ready pipelines and analytics frameworks that adapt to diverse environments. Earlier in my career, I worked in business development and summit sales across European and UK markets (EMEA), owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. I pitched sponsorships and events directly to C-level executives, VPs, and senior leaders, built pipelines, handled objections, and consistently converted high volumes of outreach into deals. That experience sharpened my consultative selling style, persistence, and ability to drive new business development in competitive markets. My focus is on creating structures where chaos exists - whether optimizing processes, automating workflows, or strengthening sales operations - so leadership can make faster, smarter decisions.
