At iD Fresh Food, holding both the CTO and CHRO roles during a hyper-growth phase taught me firsthand that digital transformation is fundamentally about human adoption. Prior to that, I managed global operations across 150+ countries for Verifone, alongside deep leadership stints at GE Healthcare and HP.WHAT I DO TODAY: ADVISING & BUILDING Today, I split my time between advising enterprises and getting my hands dirty building my own.As the CEO of B4 Strategy Consulting and Global COO of Tru Vector (USA), I work directly with corporate boards, founders, and SMEs. We don't just talk theory; we build scalable business models, map out AI-centric digital pipelines, and put rigorous governance in place to drive real top-line and bottom-line growth.THE ENTREPRENEURIAL SIDE I don't just advise—I operate. I am an active investor and serial entrepreneur currently scaling multiple ventures- FreshStory Foods & Beverages: We launched market sales last June and maintaining a 20-25% MoM growth rate. We are currently expanding our team to cover all of Kerala, with sights set on TN, KA, and Q-Com channels- GreenALife Agro Processing: Currently in the heavy-lifting phase, finalizing product lines and setting up our manufacturing factory from the ground up at KINFRA Park- Zyva: Structuring the export and market positioning for emerging Indian ethnic snacks.COMMUNITY & CREDENTIALS Beyond the boardroom and the factory floor, I believe in institution building.
