Aneesh is a modern and agile Lawyer and Partner with 19+ years’ experience in the northwest and national restructuring market. His specialisms are turnaround and stakeholder management, where he acts for lenders, directors and office-holders in and around the boardroom. Aneesh project-manages many of our key projects in the administration and company voluntary arrangement space. He has broad sector experience and successfully delivers workouts in retail, casual dining, development building projects, imports, leisure and hospitality, transport and logistics, residential care, manufacturing and real estate. Construction continues to feature heavily in Aneesh’s assignments. Surety clients value his attention to detail and his commercial eye to outcomes. Aneesh has enjoyed secondments to the distressed arms of banking and institutional clients. With his strong relationships in the financial services sector, Aneesh assumes custody of key banking relationships and leads Gateley's restructuring offering to those clients. Aneesh is an accredited member of the Institute for Turnaround and sits as Vice Chair on the Northwest Committee. Aneesh enjoys meeting new people and connecting them with existing contacts in social situations. In his spare time he can be found gardening, climbing the Wainwrights or running in the Yorkshire moors with his Irish Setter.
