With over a decade of experience in project management and process engineering, I am a Project Manager Team Lead at Atomberg Technologies, a leading home appliance company that focuses on innovation and sustainability. I have a PMP certification and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations. At Atomberg Technologies, I work closely with the Product Manager and the CEO to launch new and innovative products, such as the Impala fan, which won the Atomberg Values Award for its design and performance. I use the stage gate system to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously, track budget and BOM costs, identify and mitigate risks, and implement feedback and suggestions from service and field quality. I have successfully launched multiple SKUs in the home appliance industry, and I am passionate about contributing to the growth and innovation of Atomberg Technologies.
