About Aneisha Julia

Proud Alumni of Clark Atlanta University & graduate of Columbia College Chicago with a B.A in Marketing,Advertising. I have over 16 years experience in Marketing, Event Planning & Promotions as well as Youth Services. My Marketing resume includes freelancing as the Marketing Rep for the BET Black college Tour from 2009-2014. I traveled throughout 14 states interacted one-on-one with the consumers & clients at each stop. Managed pop up interactive experience. Since my work with BET I’ve had the opportunity to network, which lead to working with numerous companies including: Brand Ambassadors, Grass Root Promotions, USA Today, I Party, Clubnet Global, Coca Cola, KFC. I've work on several major campaigns including : Rock The Vote, Vote or Die, Rap it Up, Black Girls Rock, Rip The Runway, National World Aid’s Day, Hip-Hop Awards, YME cancer walk, as well as several local concerts & fundraisers. In addition to my B.A in Marketing I have an extensive background in Youth Services and Program Development, including an Associate Degree in Child Developmental Education. I’m extremely passionate about youth services. I’ve planned & hosted numerous events which focus on helping under privileged & at risk youth, including summits, college night, career fair and SEL workshops. My present position at Village of Lansing allows me to combined my Marketing & Event Planning skills with my passion for youth advancement.
