About Aneke Grobler

Aneke studied BCom Industrial Psychology to satisfy her need to understand people and why they exhibit certain behaviours in the workplace. Her passion for psychology led her to obtain her Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In her Honours year, Aneke got presented with the opportunity to get involved in the Change Management Industry. Where she had to manage change on large-scale projects that were implemented at mining companies, where there were significant impacts. She values the time spent on these projects, as they challenged her to be adaptable, creative, and innovative, and provided her with valuable experience in an ever-changing environment. Aneke then moved to the Health and Education industry where she got exposed to various projects from running a Health and Education Centre to being a project manager for building a new school and a brain development program. Aneke is currently running and managing a pre-primary school as it is undergoing major changes and requires a Change Manager to manage all the changes and get the school back on track. Aneke's biggest achievement today will be managing a school, parents, staff, and children. Aneke has learned invaluable skills in managing the school that she would never have in another project.
