About Aneta Derda

I create and co-create internal & external communication materials for companies and look after social media activities. My strength is creating and running workshops to… empower individuals and teams' soft skills.At the same time, I conduct training for educators, librarians, and group leaders on soft skills, personal development, and mediation & communication. I conduct training on reading for schools and libraries. I work with Good Books and other educational organizations in Poland.I also support reading activities by co-working with the Edico Foundation’s Alternative Reading List, a Polish reading program for individuals and schools.Education and skill-building are essential parts of my professional life. I create educational materials for trainers and teachers, working closely with the Center for Civic Education. I also do substantive and methodological proofreading of publications.My main areas of interest are developing soft skills, building effective and close-knit teams, group work methodology, and strengthening personal skills through tutoring and mentoring.
