Experienced senior leader with high expertise and understanding of many areas in the financial sector. I have deep knowledge of asset management and related operations which covers the whole process from developing and launching funds to establishing and optimising processes, controls and working procedures. Leadership and managerial responsibility have been part of my job for more than 20 years. I have experience with cooperation with customers, supervisory authorities, board of directors, management as well as external and internal auditors and lawyers. My job as Compliance Officer has given me experience in having both an advisory and controlling role. I have a positive view of life; I am pro-active and analytical as well as result-oriented.
